Day 41
Listen
Hello everyone, or good evening?
It had been insanely busy as I had many things to be done... but I finally had time to chill and relax yesterday! I went to eat sushi with my mom and my friend. On the way back, we saw the ocean which was rough as it was going to rain. And the wave seemed as if it was cheering me. Well, I made my mind again that I will try to put “on and off “ in my daily life to escape from being lost!
OK! In this blog today,
I would like to recall memories from life in Oxford and what I’ve learned out of it.
【 Make you think 】
Few people became very close since I started school in Oxford.
They were living in the same dormitory and we used to get around and stay our time together. I could feel that they were becoming like my family as they helped me whenever there was something I don’t know or I was worried about.
I guess I was able to get used to life in Oxford because of them.
Among them, there was one person who stood out.
We normally say “the person has aura”, but it seemed he literally had an aura. ( well… it’s a weird way to express.. but there was something I’d never seen in my life in him.)
He was good at listening to people and he has strong and stubborn opinions in himself that he wasn’t affected by things happening around him.
That is why he used to reply “what? What do you mean?” To what I say, when I say something without thinking deeply.
I remember I was always confused when I talk to him and that made me stressed. lol
However, I think he told me once that he was trying not to misunderstand what I say without interpreting his stereotype.
Since then, I started thinking deeper to tell clearly what I want to tell him.
I now realised that that experience made me look at myself again and tell me to think well.
Nowadays, or even since way before,
We are asked to listen and to understand without judging with our prejudice.
At least I feel so.
And acting so will bring “kindness” to this society, I believe.
That’s it for today!
In my next blog, I would like to write about school lessons and what I’ve learned from them!
Thank you for reading my blog until the end!
See you next week and have a great weekend (^D^)/~♪
